Gemax built an impressive distribution center in record time – TC Merkur.

Construction works were executed on TC Merkur distribution building on 30.000 m² of surface area, located in Mirijevski Boulevard, Karaburma. In GP Gemax Precast Plant complete prefabricated construction is produced and installed for less than 70 days. Extensive ground works preceded construction installation, during which 80.000 m³ of ground material was evacuated. Extensive works in reinforced concrete on monolithic part of construction were executed within the object, as well as complete exterior design with parking lots and roads.
