World market leader METRO Cash & Carry entrusted Gemax to build all its premises in Serbia: Novi Sad, Zemun and Krnjaca. For this project Gemax was rewarded in 2005 - RECORD CONSTRUCTION TIME.

METRO - Novi Sad

LOCATION Novi Sad, Serbia INVESTOR Metro Cash&Carry Serbia DESCRIPTION OF WORKS Object construction, ground floor +1, with complete necessary infrastructure SURFACE 11.300 m2 VALUE OF WORKS 5.0 million € WORKS END 2006.

Metro Cash&Carry center in Novi Sad, ground floor + 1 built on an area of 11.300 m² is divided into office space 1.500 m² and 9.800 m² sales area. Building construction was made of prefabricated reinforced concrete elements on pad foundation. The interior, suitable for this type of public objects, included execution of specialised works such as ceramics, gypsum cardboard, painting, etc. Complete infrastructure was built (water supply, rain and sewerage system, public lighting, etc.) with parking lots on surface area of 20.000 m², roads and landscaping surface on surface area of 6.000 m². 

  

  

METRO - Zemun polje

Metro Cash & Carry is business - sales building, ground floor + 1, on surface area of 16.200 m² divided into office space on 4.000 m² and store on 12.200 m². Building was made from prefabricated reinforced concrete elements on pad foundation. The interior, suitable for this type of public objects, included execution of specialised works such as ceramics, gypsum cardboard, painting, etc. Complete infrastructure was built (water supply, rain and sewerage system, public lighting, etc.) with parking lots on an area of 20.000 m², roads and landscaping surface on surface area of 12.000 m². 

  

  

METRO - Krnjača

LOCATION Krnjaca, Serbia INVESTOR Metro Cash&Carry Serbia DESCRIPTION OF WORKS Building of business-sale center, constructed collector for ground and sewer water as well as complete infrastructure. SURFACE 13.000 m2 VALUE OF WORKS 7.0 million € WORKS END 2005.

Metro Cash & Carry Center object, on Zrenjanin road, was built on surface area of 13.000 m². Building was made from prefabricated reinforced concrete elements on FRENKI piles foundation. The interior, suitable for this type of public objects, included specialists' trades work. The collector has been constructed for ground and sewer water Ø 2200, as well as complete necessary infrastructure together with parking lots, roads and power transformer block.
