The highest part of the construction of New Office Building at New U.S. Embassy Compound on Dedinje is officially completed
After 15 months of intensive construction GEMAX completed construction of the New Office Building within the compound of the new U.S. Embassy in Serbia.
On this occasion, at 11th May 2011 the ceremony was held at which the U.S. Ambassador Mary Warlick and Belgrade Mayor Dragan Djilas symbolically finished concrete on the roof top of the the future Embassy higest building. In February last year at this spot, on a frozen barren field breaking ground ceremony was held and construction of new Embassy begun. During this construction process construction team was working long hours, through weekends, and inclement weather, to provide work to be completed on time. All who participated during construction process with dedication and commitment have achieved a significant milestone today. Works are still in progress for the rest of the buildings allocated within the Embassy Compound.
