Gemax employees perfectly implement new ideas and complete every task according to the highest standards, sometimes even before the deadline. With each new project, the company gained strength and grew thus, obtained reputation of strong and serious business.

Company invested a lot in professional development of its employees, raising levels of safety and health at work according to the highest standards. It also gives scholarships to students and constantly employs junior engineers. Besides all that, company provides accommodation to workers, and helps them to solve residence issues at the best conditions.
Following figures clearly describe the progress company made: in 2001. Gemax had 277 people and today there are over 800 permanent employees.
